Apologies for being away for a while, as I have to prepare extensively (and fret over what to wear as most Koreans place emphasis on how they dress and look!) for my 6 months study exchange over at Hanyang University and internship with Samsung/Hanmi Parsons in South Korea.

(the reason I bought from here was the different shopping experience I had with their brick and mortar shop in Melbourne.)

I purchased underwears worth some $150 and got charged on my credit card but the stuff never arrived.

Repeated tries to wrangle my shipping confirmation code never came back.

After that, the company just ignored my pleas. Nicholas was the one who corresponded with me, then fluffed me aside.

I filed a dispute with Citibank and hopefully the scamming shop would close down indefinitely.

So I’ve been working and like any normal human being, I just feel really tired after work.

So here are two extremely noteworthy blogs that I always glean through without fail:

This guy is just fabulous with all the fashion shows and style is impeccable I feel.

I’m actually really green with envy with that slight tinge of jealousy when I say this! HAHA! He is good – you can’t go wrong.

2) BagaholicBoy

This guy on the other hand, sources out the best deals (read: discount places) as well as the latest bags, which I feel is fantabulous! Very down to earth and really helpful to his readers’ woes and worries.

–> Both are Singaporeans, which I just found out, and have to say I’m proud of them!

I still find wearing Ralph Lauren polos somewhat douch-baggish(even more so with the large ponies, which is why I like the classic ponies as they seem understated and stylish most of the time), but whatever, I just can’t resist a sale when I see one! And the colour selection’s plentiful~~

It was all too soon, too fast.

Michael Jackson passed this afternoon passed at a young age of 50 years.

He was an amazing artiste and an incredible, utterly awesome legend.

He passed at the UCLA medical center, first going in when in a deep coma.

It was believed that he suffered from cardiac arrest but an autopsy would be performed to confirm the cause.

I teared while watching new reports and I still cannot accept Michael Jackson has passed.

I’M DEVASTATED.

Anyone read this news and felt that PETA in this case is being exceedingly ridiculous?

I’m not saying they weren’t in the past though.

Anyways, so Obama smashed the damned fly swiftly on his left forearm.

“Now, where were we?” the president said during the inteview taping on CNBC. Pleased with himself, he added, “That was pretty impressive, wasn’t it? I got the sucker.”

I would also have clapped if I were present during the taping!

But apparently PETA has it otherwise. “We believe that people, where they can be compassionate, should be, for all animals,” PETA spokesman Bruce Freidrich explained.

The group’s website explained. “In a nutshell, our position is this: He isn’t the Buddha, he’s a human being, and human beings have a long way to go before they think before they act.” Uh huh. And what’s your point, PETA? So…PETA has positioned itself to be where the Buddha or Jesus or Vishnu something similar is at. Essentially greater than all human beings on Earth.

PETA also sent Obama a device that traps a fly so it can then be released outside. But I doubt he’ll be needing it.
