About Graduate Portfolio Days:
Graduate Portfolio Days provide prospective students with the opportunity to receive feedback on their portfolios as suited to admission for a graduate course of study. In addition, these sessions allow students to learn about curricula, faculty, application procedures, and graduate program information from a variety of colleges. Attendees should not expect to gain either admission or scholarship to colleges visited during the event.
Please bring 10 to 15 pieces of artwork. Slides, small prints, photos, printed screen shots and other small and portable finished pieces are acceptable. Please do not bring large finished pieces, sculpture, paintings or drawings or more than 20 slides. The quality of your portfolio presentation is very important at the graduate level. Please review your presentation before arriving at the event. For more information, visit: www.gradportfolioday.org

I bookmarked this. Thank you for good job!
Have you ever considered adding additional videos to your webpage to keep the viewers more engaged? I just read through the entire article and it was very good but since I learn visually, I find videos to be very helpful. I enjoy what you guys are always coming up with. Keep up the great work. I will visit your website regularly for some of the latest post.
Thanks for the suggestions! Will get about doing that =)
Hello I’m a student at FIDM and hoping you can point me in the right direction. I’m actually studying interier design and looking for work. Most jobs offered from my school are only for fashion design. I have no clue where to look for interier design work. Every thing I find is construction based and not what I’m into. Please help. Thanks.
I saw something about this on TV last night…
Hey Susie,
Hope its not too late cos your comment got caught by WP’s spam agents, thus the delay in sieving through yours.
I would recommend taking up a internship first then bridging your networks. Another would be to approach interior design companies themselves. Another alternative would be to approach job agencies.
I wish you all the best Susie!! =) Good luck!
Thanks for good article. Hope to see more soon.
This was a really wonderful read, thank you so much for taking time to put it together! Touched on some very good ideas. I’ll certainly be back soon
If you sincerely desire a truly well-rounded education, you must study the extremists, the obscure and “nutty.” You need the balance! Your poor brain is already being impregnated with middle-of-the-road crap, twenty-four hours a day, no matter what. Network TV, newspapers, radio, magazines at the supermarket… even if you never watch, read, listen, or leave your house, even if you are deaf and blind, the telepathic pressure alone of the uncountable normals surrounding you will insure that you are automatically well-grounded in consensus reality. Great discussion. And I REALLY like that you practice what you preach. That’s when you can tell a post has come together.
].
And I’m also fascinated by how fresh you made the routine [admit it: what you just shared has been regurgitated millions of time.
