Packages are not just lost and credit cards erratically charged from contributors who came in touch with BrandAlley.
I ordered my first item. A puma IT 46 with a Gold foil swim trunk.
Came delivered a IT 50 with White stripes. Seriously! What the hell?!
Wrong size and Wrong design. It’s big AND fugly.
I couldn’t wear it in my lifetime.
I even paid a good extra 15 pounds to get it over to Singapore and can’t use it ever.
All they could do is refund 9 pounds for the swim trunk.
PATHETIC.
I have to admire John F., BrandAlley Customer Service, for having a constantly happy tone,

This website is a joke. I ordered and they kept losing track of my details. I had to keep cancelling and reordering. Eventually when I got my credit card statement I discovered I’d been charged for all the payments. It took me 3 weeks!!! to get my money back. Would recommend staying away.

KEEP AWAY at all costs, after waiting a month over the due date of my order with no contact from them, they have now told me the item is not available….What a joke this company are!!!!
I am still waiting for my money back…..so far its been three weeks and am in the process of dealing with tading standards!
