I recently found out that Google has this page (apparently it’s only found on the US version of Google): http://www.google.com/help/ig/art/
Which essentially serves as a page where you could customise your homepage to look I think abit more like Yahoo’s but with less junk and more flair.
You can choose themes from Dolce & Gabbana, Philippe Starke, Oscar de la Renta, Diane von Furstenburg, etc!
I thought it was pretty at first then once I changed to a theme by Kwon, Ki-soo, I immediately missed the original Google homepage. Haha. There was this shock that went past me.
Sorry can’t bring myself to change.
WordPress too has came up with a revolutionary picture blog template called Monotone (click for demo) which dynamically changes the colour of your homepage by studying the picture in your post and gathering what best complements it.
I think it’s rather awesome!
Haven got around to doing up a PhotoBlog yet…soon I hope…=D
