We use a volumetric weight calculation which is standard in the air express industry. If your package was 20x14x15 it would dim at 14 kg. This size box seems pretty large for a 4kg item but we have no way of knowing if it was in an unnecessarily large box etc. Some eshop seems to use standard box no matter size/weight of the items you're buying to them.
