I understand your frustration.
It is pretty difficult for us to investigate if we do not have details of the specific shipment (ie product, box dimensions) . We use a volumetric weight calculation which is standard in the air express industry. If your package was 20x14x15 it would dim at 14 kg. This size box seems pretty large for a 4kg item but we have no way of knowing if it was in an unnecessarily large box etc.

Some eshop seems to use standard box no matter size/weight of the items you&#039;re buying to them. You can then receive a large box for a tiny items.

We actually investigate the possibility to offer a repacking service to our customer in order to avoid those kind of issue.
