My goods finally arrived with the help of Borderlinx!
So i promised to do a review for it when writing for YourGiftLabel.com
I chose Standard Delivery which states that it would arrive in 4-8 days. Otherwise Express Delivery would take 2-3 days. Shipment is contracted to DHL.
I shipped them out on Friday and got it on Tuesday – making it 4 days! It was fast.
The good thing about this is that for 10.82kg worth of goods (inclusive of measurement via dead weight for some and measurement via volumetric weight for others – depending on which was greater; an industry standard), it costs me just USD47.46 (SGD68.82)!
But you have to take note of your items’ values as altogether including shipping cannot exceed SGD400 (for residents of Singapore, that is) or else….you would get charged 7% taxes and duties which ain’t pretty. It can come up to an extra $30 of not careful.
The good thing of Borderlinx over Vpost is that charges are significantly less. Based on Vpost’s Base Charge of $13.24, and $9.16 per kg thereafter makes Borderlinx a good contender.
On top of that Borderlinx service level is 4-8 days while Vpost is 5-8 days. You have the chance to receive your packages a day earlier or even 3 days earlier if you choose Borderlinx Express Option.
On top of that too, would be the fact that you do not have to send your invoice to Borderlinx beforehand unlike Vpost which mandates you have to. This eradication has both its pros and cons.
Pros being you can do away with the hassel and worry of whether the human sevice personnels typed in your invoice.
Cons being your packages’ values would get estimated – often at a higher price than what you paid. This can be corrected easily by sending your invoice over to them, which unfortunately is fraught with guesswork as sometimes your mail gets ‘lost’ BUT the friendly 24/7/365 online chat operator would gladly change your values for you. So no worries there.
I found out they have several operators but you only get either ‘Helen’ or ‘Sylvia’. And the ‘Helen’ you spoke to today might not be the ‘Helen’ you speak to hours later. Geddit?
There’s just one slight worry though. Although my items arrived, one of them did not really arrive in one piece. It was a Tiffany and Company Trinket Box.
There was a small chip! Which makes it 2 pieces! Ok i’m exaggerating. But reason being me not being too mad about it was that I won it on Ebay which naturally came cheap i guess. So I don’t have much to complain about. It’s still lovely anyhow.
Another is that my Neil Farkas Mona Lisa Lithograph got slightly mangled up due to water?! (i see water stains) making the cardboard tubing for the Litho softer thus denting it in the process. All would be well i suppose when i frame it up eventually. It’s a beautifully-crafted piece of art.
Another good thing about them is that you can share your suite with your friends and family so you share the same forwarding address. It’s called your ‘pod’.
But i don’t really think it works. It claims to be able to give you a breakdown of what your friends owe you. But alas everything gets named under your name even though packaging is under your friend’s name – they just send it to your suite when they see the address i guess. I hope someone ships like a diamond to me or something….lol.
Anyhow I am still excited over this truely affordable service. You might want to consider Fedex-ing your more fragile and expensive items however…
Please take note: Customers from Singapore would have to have a Citibank credit card before you are eligible to sign up for Borderlinx.
I know this sucks, but give and take.
Another service company I have yet to try out is ComGateWay. I’ve heard horror stories about them…but I think i would still like to try them out to see how it goes. After all, it’s available to DBS customers..

A competitor of Borderlinx is http://www.BongoUS.com. If you have any questions, please let us know. We have live chat available at http://www.bongous.com/chat.php between 9-5 EST (GMT -5).
Try http://www.myus.com too. I have used them for 7 years with no problems (I live in Japan though). I think they are the original package forwarding company.
I would love to know your experience.
For the two services advocated by Bongo and Clark –
Bongo and MyUS begins with a sign up fee whereas Borderlinx does not require any.
For a 1kg package,
Bongo charges $32.22
MyUS charges $33.67
Borderlinx charges $14.40
All assuming that dead weight does not exceed volumetric weight.
Which would you choose?
I have entirely no incentive to quit my perfectly fine service just to pay an additional sign-up and/or subscription fee – just to experience a uncertain product.
Until the day Borderlinx fails me; I will stick to it. Borderlinx also uses reliable DHL service.
**ATTENTION OTHER COMPANIES!
Advertisers for forwarding companies, please stop posting your links here without explaining how would your company justify the extra cost, and compare it directly with another competitor – just naming your modus operandi is not sufficient.
Borderlinx is good and fine, but seems some of their online operators have a bit of a attitude problem, I had a problem with a POD, it was paid on a saturday, and updated on Monday with a invalid DHL tracking number, went online with them, spoke with a Aden, took her a long time to check things out, all silent, not a peep or word asking you to hold, I actually made a espresso while waiting, and drank it, when she got back, she said she would check it out, nothing happened, thursday, check again, nothing done, POD still in limbo, spoke with online again, said will raise with their export hub. Silence again. Don’t know, but personally, feel their service may be lagging. I’m starting to worry about my other stuff heading there now.
Yes indeed they can be quite slow.
Some of their operators have attitudes – but not all.
Most are quite nice to accommodate my requests.
And one thing…they might be sharing a nickname (as in 2 or more for a name) so you can’t really be sure…until recently from about 2-3 generic names to much more variations.
I have a parcel there already and another is on its way there.
I think you should have little cause to worry – so far Borderlinx has been good.
Until they confirmed that your parcel is lost (knock on wood) I think you should just continue to inquire at different times of the day – as in morning and night as some personnel knows what exactly they are doing as compared to others.
You might want to update us on whether your parcel reaches you. Good Luck!

Hello there.
I stumbled upon your website when I was googling for more info about Borderlinx. I’m just wondering have your tried the express service before and usually how long will it take to deliver to our address in Singapore?
Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Hey Rina, hope my site helped you along your way.
I have not tried out their Express service.
(It’s about twice the amount for normal!)
Not only that, I have realised that sometimes although my shipment is chosen to be “Regular Service”, somehow it would write “Express”.
=))
And yeah it sure does come quicker than Vpost.
I have one shipment from VpostEurope coming in..and the cost of shipping to Singapore kinda cancels out my savings!
And to add on to that, it’s so slow, i think my arm decomposed.
And also their interface is so lousy (you have got to manually email them – argh – and replies are 1-2 business days?), I think i’m pampered way much with Borderlinx’s 24 hrs online help.
But if you were to have Express, maybe it’ll come a day or two quicker (not sure), and the cost would be around Vpost’s.
Hope I was of help!

Oh goodness, thanks for the information. I really need the item urgently as i have a function to attend to, tomorrow. Do you think if i opt for express delivery, it can be delivered in one day?
Let say I release my shipment today (which is wednesday), can the package reaches me tomorrow morning? By the way, do they just come to our house and deliver the package or we can set a timing with them?
Thank you so much. Looking forward to your reply.

Hmm. I really think it’s not possible for ‘next day delivery’ a.k.a. in just one day.
From their site, they state:
1. Standard service will be delivered within 4-6 days from the time you request shipping
2. Express service will be delivered in 2-3 days from the time you request shipping
And from USA, the flight alone is maybe 14 hours.
That’s not including customs and sorting and delivery.
From my experience, even if they reached Singapore. It take about at least 5 hours from recorded arrival to Singapore, and arrival to my house. It’s kinda always like 10am reach Singapore, then 3pm sent to my house. At first delivery, they just come to your house.
IF you missed the delivery, (NO note might/would be given) therefore, constantly check on your package status via your tracking number. If there is a failed delivery, it would be stated. Then after that, call up Singapore’s DHL to arrange for an appointment, most of the time it would be delivered again on the same day.
So…you would have to be darn lucky for your package to arrive in just a day.
I tried asking on services such as to ensure that items like glasswares don’t break – but they just said either Standard or Express and I have to ensure that it’s packed safely.
No other choices.
Lol. Buy or rent the item from Singapore! It’s too late la.
Borderlinx service sucks. Without knowing that there is a tie up between Borderlinx and Citibank, I registered an account with them. Despite me choosing Singapore as my country, I was registered as an EU customer and given a New York address, and charged a registration fee of USD$5.
I only realized I need a Citibank card when I wanted to ship items back. Only then did I contact their customer support and received HORRIBLE support. They pushed ALL the blame to me. I don’t understand how the blame can be on me, since I already chose my country as Singapore, unless of course they didn’t know Singapore is not an EU nation.
Such practices is akin to holding my goods hostage and forcing me to get a Citibank Card. Despite their cheap shipping charges, this is probably the last time I will use them. Consider VPOST as an alternative. They accept all major credit cards.
Hi Jimmy,
You should try speaking to other agents, or emailing them to resolve this issue.
I am curious though on how did you manage to register as a general European Union member, as the site puts out specific countries instead.
Ever since I used Borderlinx, I’ve always been re-directed to their Singapore site, so typing http://www.borderlinx.com would become http://www.borderlinx.com/citi/sg/en.
Perhaps there was a glitch in the system when you used it, you could possibly raise this up.
The Borderlinx Singapore site, if correctly re-directed, would have stated a need for a Citibank credit card when you apply.
Citibank is pretty major if i were to argue for them, I got their dividend cashback card, and have gotten over $100 back in cheque. Getting paid to shop. Sweet. You should get one of those useful cards.
Vpost, on the other hand, hassles me to send them an invoice of the goods beforehand. If I don’t or forget or if they did not update in their system, maybe my goods would be rejected. And even if I did send them, they might still need additional verification (as they did not match correctly) which just, simply put, tears my brain out (as with my recent Vpost UK experience). There’s no need at all to verify shit with Borderlinx – all is so smooth.
It did not help that Vpost UK base charge was an astounding $33 thereabouts.
No live Vpost customer service is ever on hand, and I have to wait for 2 business days (or was it 3?) before I can expect a reply. What is this? 209BC? Lol. And their email replies are always curt and I can confirm they have an attitude problem – those bitches.
Not to mention, if I were to really nit-pick, their delivery persons always have a glum and sullen look on their faces like you owe their family something. They certainly look sloppy to me too. I know i am really nitpicking here, but when I compare it to the deliverymen of DHL – it’s a heaven and hell. Stark differences that I need to point out.
Jim, I really, really see no compelling reason to switch to Vpost when it frustrates me so much. Perhaps YMMV. I’ll only use it when I need something from the UK that justifies their charges.
For the US though, I’ll stick to Borderlinx till I find something better.
Seriously, Borderlinx should really pay me for defending them, for all reasons, from their competitors. LOLLLL.
Do what makes you happy, Jim.
Have you used their concierge service? I don’t get how everyone is raving about how good their service is. I’ve had a super bad experience with them for the whole week. One operator Shari who seemed really nice and sincere gave me a whole lot of wrong info and misled me so many times. Another operator didn’t even bother to answer my question. She simply cut me off halfway. I couldn’t get to place my order for 1 and half weeks.
I have used Vpost and CGW before. Skipped Vpost because of the high concierge fee. Skipped CGW because of the unbelievably poor service that drove me nuts so many times. And I thought I could rely on Borderlinx.
They have an inflexible system where you can only order up to 10 items. I had 27 items. They made me split up into 3 orders (as good old Shari had told me to do so) and charged me shipping fees for the 3 orders separately when I’ve requested to combine orders, plus tax! That’s an additonal US$36 in total! Good old Shari had told me not to worry about the separate charges and taxes. Yet now I’ve got a whole lot to worry about.
Also, my Borderlinx US address is in Ohio which is a tax free state. Vpost and CGW do not charge taxes for my orders but Borderlinx does. They claim that taxes are charged based on where the merchant’s office is based and not where the goods are delivered to. I don’t get it. 1 merchant, 3 shopping services, 2 different ways of charging. So much for “free” concierge service.
I think that these operators should be trained properly and not give false information. I like how Borderlinx order sheet is easier to process than CGW, but for all the reasons mentioned above, I will never use their service again.
I’ll say VPOST service is the best. Emailing the invoice to them is nothing but a small inconvenience.
Hi Ger,
Nah, I have not used their concierge service as I almost always buy from places which accept my credit card and PayPal.
So far, I have not incurred taxes when I get my items sent to ZIP 45177. Except for the times when I have itchy fingers and the total value of my junk exceeds SG$400, then there will be additional taxes.
BUT there’s always a way to circumvent the taxes…if you want to know about it – email me =) as I fear when too many people get wind of it, they might change the system.
However Ger, to be honest, I think (not verified though) that even with the additional US$36 incurred – it might still be cheaper than vPost if you do the maths.
Recession’s here! Time for me to cut down on shopping anyways =)
@Ger: you will be assessed a sales tax if the merchant you are buying from has a physical outlet or office in the state. This is generally true across the US for e-commerce.
I have had pretty negative experience with Borderlinx cust svc as well. Used them twice and both times, used their live chat to ask questions. The second time, the rep was argumentative and tried to cut me off without answering my question. Kept telling me no, no, no when she wasn’t really answering my question.
I have a feeling the cust support may be outsourced to India, so the person’s names are pseudonyms. But when I wrote to complain, an Aashish person replied to the email.
Oh shit, if that’s true – my worst fears are here.
I don’t mean to be racist – but I have had hardly any good customer service coming from hotlines that are outsourced to India.
The bad ones though – I’ve lost count.
I swear sometimes they made me puke blood while trying to get my simple messages across.
Hey guys, an update on my complaint. Haha.
They claim that taxes are charged based on where the merchant’s office is based and not where the goods are delivered to.
I found out that Ohio is not a tax-free state after all. That was why I was paying the taxes. I’ve ordered from Vpost countless times using my address in a tax-free state, so no matter what merchant I ordered from, I didn’t need to pay taxes.
And quoting samuel:
However Ger, to be honest, I think (not verified though) that even with the additional US$36 incurred – it might still be cheaper than vPost if you do the maths.
My shipping costs turned out to be around $6/unit instead of the usual $3. I complained to live chat again and this time at least a responsible operator is listening. He forwarded my concerns to the management and I was given an exclusive US$10 shipping voucher. Still not enough to cover my additional cost, but at least, it makes me consider using Borderlinx again.
Btw Borderlinx’s shipping charges are going up in Feb. It’s almost on par with Vpost now.
WHAT!?
That sucks. Lol. Oil prices are down what!
If they get too expensive, I might have to ditch them, keyword here is ‘too’, haha.
I wonder how’s ComGateWay…
Anyone tried them??
Yes, I’ve tried.
A nightmare really. You wanna know how bad?
(1) Ordered wrong things. Charged wrong amount.
(2) Several packages were lost and some were extremely late in delivery (like a month). 1 person at live chat tells me it’s in sg, another tells me it’s still in the US. And some others tell me they would get back to me, but never did. In the end, I was refunded the full amount. After many months, that is.
(3) Sent me a “part 2″ of an invoice for my shipping cost 3 months after I got my item. I didn’t know there was a “part 2″? 3 months is a long time. How do you expect me to verify the cost and get the money from all the people I had helped to order?
(4) Live chat operates like a robot. They keep using scripted messages and tell you to email their departments. Hello, what is live chat for if all they do is to redirect you to specific departments?
… and many many other incidents. I also dislike their lack of updates and tracking numbers. Borderlinx over CGW anytime.
LOL.
Thanks so much Ger for telling me this.
Sigh. I guess it’s still gonna be Borderlinx for me for this period.
Yeah, I dislike VPost still. Haha.
On a similar note, I think there’s some attitude problem with SingPost cos I’m supposed to have a package delivered to my house…
Then I find the slip of paper (in my letter box) telling me to go to the post office instead to collect…
Which simply means they did not even bother to go up to my house and deliver the goods, cos then the paper would have been slipped under my door.
SIGH. Now I have to make a trip down. SIAN.
hi all does anyone know whether borderlinx ships ebay items too? i am using Myus and Onenow.com. Onenow does ship ebay items which i love because i shop alot from ebay US. i have tried both of them and they are about the same. Onenow is much cheaper though and no sign up or monthly fees.
The one thing that stopped me from using borderlinx is that they only provide concierge service to citibank cardholders!
i use concierge alot because i shop from urbanoutfitters.com and barneys.com. Alot of these cool merchants do not accept paypal or international credit card.
Onenow is based in Oregon so no sales tax. my experience with Onenow has been good( or maybe im lucky?seeing that even borderlinx do make mistakes). Onenow’s customer service(24/7 live chat help desk) was very prompt! they helped me track my item status in less than 2min adn their charges is very reasonable($15.5 for 1st kg and 4.50 for subsequent) Very impressed.
As for the standard or express shipping rates, what i suspect is that borderlinx has only one type of shipping speed(which is express) but since they need to offer a cheaper option, they “sit” on your parcel for a few days before sending them out. that is why i would suggest if you need it delivered fast, choose express shipping from the merchant to borderlinx(or whatever parcel forwarding company) instead or taking the express shipping option from borderlinx.
hope this helps. i would still stick to Onenow.com..
hope this helps
Murakami,
Yes, Borderlinx accepts goods from eBay too =))
OneNow.com seems like a really good site!
But what’s tragic is that my cards are all Mastercard!
TRAGIC.
I should apply more from VISA I guess. Haha.
There’s also a new site called Tarazz.com which I thought was pretty reasonable – the pricing and selection.
Not tried it yet though.
Anyone tried them out yet?
hi samuel,
thanks for the suggestions.
i have tried tarazz but its not very good. The customer service is inefficient and their instructions are unclear.
It is true that Borderlinx is changing their prices upwards as their contract with DHL will expire. Actually comgateway and borderlinx uses the same shipping company(DHL) and their receives the same deals(in terms of pricing, both would be similar or marginally different).
However what differentiates them from each other is their customer service. Borderlinx’s customer service seems to be from India. I have posted numerous questions to them before and to my horror they always return me with this answer “i am sorry i do not know due to insufficient information at this stage, we will contact you via email if…” and they never email me!Even BASIC questions like “is your warehouse located in a tax free state?”, they cant give me an answer!!
I am quite put off by that.
Murakami,
Lol. Tell me about bad customer service. Gosh especially call centres that have been outsourced to India. I am really not being racist or anything near that.
But ComGateWay as told by Ger above and many others’ horror experiences – I have come to assume that it’s a ‘to-avoid’ company.
However, I am pleasantly surprised to know that OneNow is actually a branch of CGW!
I will try out OneNow soon I guess, but recently online sales are somewhat slow and selections uninteresting.
I think partly can be attributed to me wanting to splurge on the iPhone next month (yeah, I know I’m slow whatevs lol) – so yeah need to save save!
But how is Tarazz in terms of pricing and delivery time?
trying onenow.com aka CGW now because of the HSBC Visa credit card 1st timer free base charge and 1kg shipping promotion.
Shipping 2 items 1.73kg and 2.35kg, CGW rounded off to 2kg and 2.5kg as they charging by subsequent 1/2 kg so the shipping fee for 4.5kg is US$31.25 and base on credit card exchange rate 1.54 now, it will be SGD$48.13
vPost is charging the shipping fee by Per Gram! so if use vPost, they will charge 1.73kg and 2.35kg total 4.08kg
for 4.08kg vpost charges will be SG$47.49 and after 20% UOB discount it will be SG$37.99
borderlinx is charging 4.08kg US$33.87 = SGD52.30
there 1 borderlinx USD$5 discount code now so after discount will be SGD$44.46
CGW SGD$48.13
vPost SGD$37.99
borderlinx SGD$44.46
CGW using DHL but the CSO told me for standard shipping the item will arrive in 4~6days, i will wait and see it take how many day for them to arrive. 1 thing good point about CGW is their insurance is Cheap, 0.03% of total amount.
$100 only pay 30 cents for insurance coverage.
since borderlinx increased price, CGW is not much cheaper. vpost will be the cheapest after UOB discount.
think i will stick vpost for future shipment since their 5~8days shipping time is still acceptable for me. if the shipping fee is lower, i dont mind the few days extra longer waiting time.
vpost downside is their insurance is damn too expensive.
if i not wrong, ComGateWay use to engage Halley Express as their Courier Service provider. that was the period of time they in a big mess with plenty of complaints.
even since they change to DHL their service improved alot and the horror stories getting lesser, lesser and rarely now.
Hey CannotLiao!
Thanks for doing up the calculations – really very useful for comparisons.
For the CGW SGD$48.13, is it with the free base charge and free 1kg?
But sadly for the UOB discount, it’s till 28th February 2009 nia leh – which is just sian. But from past observations of vPost, I think this 20% discount pops up every now and then.
And seeing that they changed courier management – I think I might just try them out soon.
By the way, what’s the code for the $5 discount?!
HAHA cos i have shipments currently going to Borderlinx!
Thanks for sharing!
No, the OneNow calculation example i using is in Full rate without the promotion discount. OneNow is charging base charge USD$11 and USD$4.5 per Kg now so i got USD$15.50 discount for my 1st shipment. they are charging me USD$15.75 after discount and additional USD0.43 for insurance so total i paid USD16.18 or SGD$24.92 for 4.5Kg
for what i see vPost their UOB discount is a on going promotion for quite some time. they will keep renewing it. since i start using vpost last jun they already have this UOB discount until today. this diff is how much discount they giving. 10~20% depending on total bill and promotion.
borderlinx USD$5 discount codes
45178 not sure valid till when
66788 valid till April
both 1 time use only
these are discount codes i saw people sharing in the internet forums.
Hahaha! Thanks for the codes! =))
Appreciate it very much.
Sigh so much cards to apply I tao hin already (dizzy in hokkien) hahaha.
Just applied for the RBS Card – apparently got a free iPod Shuffle when you spend $388 on it after receiving it.
And it seems like they have perpetual fee waiver!
Which was really why I applied for it. Hahaha – reduces the hassle of talking to the CSO on the phone trying to haggle for a waiver.
the HSBC promotion got free upgrade from Standard to Express internatioal shipping too.
got my package from DHL this afternoon. paid the shipping fee last Wed afternoon got the package today Mon so total 5 days. as usual the package kena opened by CGW for inspection. so far so good, everything ok.
Thanks for the info!
I’m not sure about you but I would rather wait for another 2 days than pay Borderlinx any extra. Lol.
Not bad sia for ComGateWay then – it has proven itself to be fast.
I will prolly use it the next time!
borderlinx and CGW service should be similar since both using DHL now.
1 thing CGW better than borderlinx is their shipping base is in Oregon so there no sale tax issue.
Really?
I tried tarazz too, and I thought their customer service is quite good leh. I called in to inquire about GST information with them about my order (I was buying from Amazon via tarazz), and was treated quite fast and the lady was helpful.
Also FYI: I heard that tarazz used to be limited to DBS card holders, but now they accept all major credit cards
oooo! good good!
I just received this emailer saying that CGW giving free (upgrade?) to Express Shipping…so yeah go grab it!
And yay! now I can use any cards for Tarazz!
Thanks to (Ans:8) for sharing! lol!
Hi, good post. I have been wondering about this issue,so thanks for posting. I’ll definitely be coming back to your site.
Hi Samuel thanks for this post!
I’ve also realized Borderlinx’s volumetric weight is calculated by dividing 5000, while vpost and comgateway is divided by 6000 – which adds on to Borderlinx’s increase charges a while ago.
vpost is a bit cheaper than Comgateway if they have some discounts.
For eg for a spree of 4.3kg, you’ll be paying ($12.40 + $8.60×4.3) * 0.85 = SGD41.97 for vpost (after 15% discount) and you’ll be paying (USD31.25 x 1.51 exchange rate) = SGD$47.19 for comgateway. Not sure if cgw has any discount tiers.
Hey Gigi!
Hmm. Haven’t been doing much shopping online lately but is saddened to know that Borderlinx prices are going up, up and away!
lol. will definitely try out CGW and vPost sometime soon.
Many thanks for the calculations! =)
Hi Gigi,
My name is Cédric, I’m head of Marketing & Communication at Borderlinx.
Basicely, Borderlinx is just “up to date”. This was a request from DHL who also changed their vol weight calcs at the same time.
So we are up to date with the volumetric weight. The divider used to be /366 or /6000; but DHL has changed it to /305 or /5000 in NOV08.
As per DHL: Effective 1st November 2008, DHL Express will progressively update the volumetric calculation for its shipments in response to efforts to standardize the volumetric weight calculation for low-density packages. The volumetric divisor will be changed to 5000 and will apply to DHL Express’ Same Day, Time Definite and Day Definite products as per the below formula:
length*width*height/5000
Link: http://www.dhl.com/publish/g0/en/tools/volume.high.html
I would like also to annouce you some great new developements in the coming month as new export hub (allowing you to buy from others countries), great coupons services giving discounts for a lot of our customer’s favorite shops,…
Don’t hesitate to follow us on twitter (@borderlinx) in order to stay tune!
Best regards,
Ced
Hi all,
I think the problem lies in that Ohio has sales tax, in which I promptly avoided by using OneNow by CGW.
This move saved me around USD$17 on my approx. USD$250 purchase in tax as I shipped it to Oregon instead.
So yes, so far my goods arrived safely in Oregon, awaiting shipping to Singapore.
=)
I would eleborate more once I receive my shipment.
Note to Ced: I would use Borderlinx more often if they provided delivery services from France, Japan, and Britain.
Hi Sam,
I read your posts and wished i had done so earlier. I have a parcel at BDL waiting for me, but for the small amount of goods I’m shipping, I’m being charged 9.72kg! And as you know, BDL upped their prices recently and it’s sooooo ex now! USD65! Do you happen to know if there’s any ongoing promo for BDL now? Like some code or something? Tx in advance!
Hi, does vpost ship laptops (with batteries)? I heard it’s listed as one of the prohibited items.
Has anyone managed to successfully ship laptops from US to SG before?
Very nice site!
Hello, can you please post some more information on this topic? I would like to read more.
I would go with http://www.BongoUS.com for this kind of stuff. Thats who my sister uses in AU and she loves them. No hidden fees or other BS to deal with.
She gets mostly toys for nephew or MAC stuff, but i imagine you can save $ on a spectrum of goods compared to AU prices.
