TROUBLED Amy Winehouse has been offered a deal by designer Roberto Cavalli – after his pal Victoria Beckham gave him the idea.
Despite struggling with drug addiction, Amy, 24, is being wooed by Cavalli, who wants her to wear his clothes.
The Grammy-winning singer has been invited to the fashion guru’s medieval castle in Tuscany for a private dinner to thrash out an agreement.
It is understood she will get a lifetime of designs if she wears them at gigs and functions.
The offer comes after Posh Spice told Cavalli said she admired Amy’s unique style.
A source said: “Cavalli was suitably taken in by what Victoria had to say that he’s now determined to get Winehouse on board.”
Posh said at the end of last year: “She has a real sense of style that I just love. She’s very much a fashion icon and I adore what she wears. She’s so unique and original.”
Posh’s pal Cavalli designed all the clothes of the Spice Girls tour.
A source said: “Amy is seriously considering the offer and the promise of a freebie holiday in Italy also appealed.”
Fellow designer Karl Lagerfeld previously called the Back To Black singer “the new Brigitte Bardot”.
